Excellent logement dans le centre historique, très calme malgré une grande animation à côté. Tout Naples à pied ! De plus, Erminio et Carmela connaissent une guide remarquable qui parle français pour une visite inoubliable de Pompeï. Logemenr propre, fonctionnel et facilement accessible. Seul petit défaut, les étages à monter avec les valises !
En tout cas un très bon séjour en famille.
I stayed here with friends and if we come back to Napoli, we’d stay here again! My flight was delayed but Carmela was great at communication and was able to get my friends checked in first (including a last minute change in number of guests). The place itself is spacious, clean, and a lovely oasis of calm in a bustling part of the city. Lovely retro feel and cool decor. I also enjoyed looking out the balcony into the narrow streets and alleys. If you are mobility-impaired, this is not the place for you as there are a lot of stairs. But after all the pizza and pasta, I was looking forward to the extra exercise haha! Thanks for a lovely time!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Carmela. L’appartement est trés bien situé en plein coeur du quartier historique. Il est spacieux, propre. La décoration seventies est trés chouette! Tout a été facile et agréable durant notre séjour dans cet appartement grâce au trés bon accueil de Carmela. Je recommande vivement

A lovely modern, well appointed apartment in a traditional block in the heart of the Centro Storico region of Napoli. great location for sites such as the Sotterranea and Santa Maria del Purgatorio church and loads of great restaurants.
everything was great, the place is located close to multiple interesting sites and good restaurants, the apartment is spacious with very comfortable and functional modern bathrooms, efficient and quick communication
This is an excellent place from which to experience the old Napoli. Carmela was a terrific host and very responsive to our questions.

Centrally located in the heart of Napoli, next to many points of interest, restaurants and transportation means, Carmela’s apartment is perfect for a stay in Napoli. It is clean, and fully equipped. Communication with Carmela was fluid and easy, she responded to all our queries and clearly explained the small complications (namely the stairs) that could make it difficult for someone to stay there. Molto grazie!
Apartamento muy acogedor, era un viaje en familia y hemos estado muy a gusto , reformado y muy amplio y tal cual en las fotos, muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Bien es cierto que no hay fotos del edificio, y al llegar entiendes el porqué, al estar situado en el centro histórico de Nápoles los edificios son decadentes, realmente si el dueño no nos hubiera acompañado en la llegada nos hubiéramos asustado un poco. Los 80 escalones de acceso son anchos. Por otro lado la legislación en Nápoles limita horas de calefacción y temperatura (19 grados máximo), también es bueno mirar eso según la época en la que vayas y desde donde vayas (aún así hemos ido en diciembre y no hemos pasado demasiado frío en el apartamento, pero calor tampoco, llevábamos ropa de casa abrigada). Comunicación y organización con los hospedadores perfecta, encantadores y atentos. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.
